Refund Policy

1. Digital products

All sales of digital products are final. Because digital downloads, web applications, and access to digital tools are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or partial credit on completed digital purchases.

This applies to every digital product sold by Edwards Media Ventures LLC, including (without limitation) the Workbook, the Budget app, the Bible app, the Toolbox, and any future digital download or web application offered through any of our Properties.

2. Other products

Refund requests for non-digital products (physical goods, one-on-one services, advisory engagements, coaching, or any other non-digital offering) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Final determination is made by Edwards Media Ventures LLC at our sole discretion. Where a specific product has its own posted refund or cancellation policy (for example, an Advisory engagement letter or a Shop return policy), that policy controls for that product.

3. “Ongoing access” products

Where a product is described as offering “ongoing access” or similar language, this means access for the operational life of that product: the period during which Edwards Media Ventures LLC continues to maintain and update it. It does not mean the life of any individual buyer. Discontinuation of a product is not a basis for a refund.

4. If something is genuinely wrong

If your purchase didn’t deliver, the download is corrupt, you can’t access a product you paid for, or the product is materially broken, submit a ticket through our support page using the email address from your checkout. We will make it right, usually within one business day.

5. Subscriptions

For any subscription product: you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not refund the current billing cycle, but you retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us through our support page before initiating a credit card dispute. We respond quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to all current and future Edwards Media Ventures LLC products pending resolution.
